Changing Email Address For Receiving SMS Replies

If you need to update the email address where you receive SMS replies, follow the steps below. This ensures that all SMS replies are directed to your new email address for easy management and tracking.

  1. Login to BestSMS Web Dashboard

    • Open your web browser and navigate to my.bestsms.au.
    • Enter your login credentials to access the dashboard.

  2. Go to [Users]

    • From the main menu, select Users.

  3. Select the User to Update

    • Find and click on the username or email address you want to update from the table.

  4. Edit User Details

    • Click the Edit/Modify button.

  5. Update SMS Reply Email

    • Click the SMS tab.
    • Update the SMS Reply field with your new email address.

    • Click Update to save your changes.

  7. Test the New Email Address

    • Generate a new SMS message and send it to ensure the setup is correct.
    • Check your new email address to confirm that the reply arrives as expected.
