How to Configure Delivery Method for SMS Delivery Status & Replies

How to Configure Delivery Method for SMS Delivery Status & Replies

BestSMS provides various methods to receive delivery status and replies from your customers. You can choose to receive these reports via email or webhooks. Follow the steps below to configure these settings:

  1. Login to BestSMS Web Dashboard

  2. Navigate to Users

    • Select [Users] from the menu.

  3. Select the User

    • Click on the user from the table for whom you want to configure the delivery method.

  4. Edit User Settings

    • Click the [Edit/Modify] button.

  5. Access SMS Settings

    • Click the [SMS] tab.

  6. Configure Delivery Method

    • Toggle the [SMS Report Method] for delivery status reports.
    • Toggle the [SMS Reply Report] for receiving replies.

  7. Save Changes

    • Click the [Update] button to save your changes.


Delivery Method Options

BestSMS supports the following methods for receiving delivery status and replies:

  • Email (All): Always receive email reports.
  • Email (Failed): Only receive email reports for failures.
  • Webhooks: Always receive webhooks back to your system.

You can always log in to the BestSMS web dashboard to retrieve delivery status and replies from your customers. For additional automation and integration with your systems, you can configure the above-mentioned options.
