Sending bulk SMS messages is a powerful way to reach a large audience quickly and effectively. With our intuitive web dashboard, you can easily manage your contact lists, personalise messages, and schedule sends. Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Login to BestSMS Web Dashboard

   • Open your web browser and navigate to my.bestsms.au.
   • Enter your login credentials to access the dashboard.
     
     

2. Go to [Send SMS Broadcast]

   • From the main menu, select Send SMS Broadcast.
     
     

3. Upload Your Contact List

   • Click the [Upload] button.
     
     
     
     
   • In the Upload a List popup, drag your list file to the Upload section.

   • Select the appropriate options for your upload, then click [Next].
     
     
     
     
   • Map your CSV headers to the corresponding fields in the system.
     
     
     
     
   • Select the appropriate options, then click [Submit].
     
     
     
     

4. Review Your List

   • Once the list has uploaded, double-check your list by clicking the [Review] button.
     
     
     
     
   • Ensure all details are correct.
     
     
     
     
   • Once the destinations are confirmed, click Next.
     
     

5. Build Your SMS Message

   • Create your SMS message, using the loaded fields to build a personalised message.
     
     
     
     
   • Note: Adding emojis will halve the maximum characters you can send in one SMS.
   • Click Next.
     
     

6. Schedule Send Time

   • Choose your preferred send time. You can leave it as the default to send immediately.
     
     
     
     

7. Enter Reference and Confirm

   • Enter a Reference if you wish.
     
     
     
     
   • Click the confirmation checkbox to agree to the terms.
   • Click Submit.
     
     

8. Finish

   • You’re done! Your bulk SMS will be sent according to your specified schedule.
