How to Manage Your SMS Templates

This guide will walk you through the steps to manage and update your SMS templates in the BestSMS Web Dashboard. You will also learn how to switch back to older revisions of your templates if needed.

Updating Your SMS Templates

1. Login to BestSMS Web Dashboard
   • Open your web browser and navigate to my.bestsms.au.
   • Enter your login credentials to access the dashboard.
     
     
2. Go to [Send SMS Broadcast]
   • From the main menu, select Send SMS Broadcast.
     
     
3. Click [Manage Templates]
   • In the Send SMS Broadcast section, click on Manage Templates.
     
     
4. Find & Click Your Template
   • Locate your template from the table and click on it to open the template editor.
     
     
5. Update Your SMS Message
   • Make the necessary updates to your SMS message in the template editor.
     
     
6. Click [Update Template]
   • Once you have made your changes, click Update Template to save the updated template.

Restoring Older Template Revisions

If you need to switch back to an older revision of your SMS template, follow these steps:

1. Login to BestSMS Web Dashboard
   • Open your web browser and navigate to my.bestsms.au.
   • Enter your login credentials to access the dashboard.
     
     
2. Go to [Send SMS Broadcast]
   • From the main menu, select Send SMS Broadcast.
     
     
3. Click [Manage Templates]
   • In the Send SMS Broadcast section, click on Manage Templates.
     
     
4. Find & Click Your Template
   • Locate your template from the table and click on it to open the template editor.
     
     
5. Click [Revisions] Button
   • On the right side of the template editor, click the Revisions button.
     
     
6. Navigate to Your Desired (Older) Template
   • Use the arrow buttons on the right to navigate through the different versions of your template.
     
     
7. Click [Restore This Version]
   • Once you find the desired version, click Restore This Version to revert to the older template.
